Using LaTeX for your dissertation, thesis, or paper - The library provides a LaTeX template that contains all of the formatting required for doing your dissertation or thesis. We will be holding a workshop to go over how to use the template and the different ways to create a bibliography using BibTeX for your paper.

Searching the Deep Web - The deep web, also known as the invisible web, consists of content that you won't find through general internet searching. Search engines have difficulty indexing certain kinds of web pages (i.e., PDFs and dynamically-created pages), but there are tools to help you find this "hidden" information. This workshop will introduce you to searchable databases and explain why some pages are "invisible" to search engines. (Part of the Writing and Communications Center workshop series)
